Built by Operators. Led by John Jacobs, MBA.
Most agencies market from the outside. Magnitude is built from the inside of real businesses: the owner’s seat, the sales floor, the jobsite, the front desk, the CRM, the review profile, the missed-call log and the cash-flow reality that makes every wasted lead expensive.

The agency for owners who are tired of explaining their business to agencies
Business owners can feel it quickly when an agency has never carried the weight of a real operating company. The questions are different. The assumptions are different. The recommendations are different. The reporting is different. The urgency is different.
If you have ever paid for marketing that created activity but not clarity, you know the frustration. Leads came in but no one knew which ones were good. Calls were missed but nobody saw the cost. Ads spent money but the funnel leaked. Reviews were ignored until a bad one hurt. Content was published but did not sound like anyone who understood the work. AI tools were mentioned, but no one connected them to revenue, response time or customer experience.

Why Magnitude Exists
Magnitude exists because most local businesses do not need another vendor selling disconnected tasks. They need a growth operating system. A strong business can still lose online if its digital presence does not match the quality of its work. A skilled contractor can lose to a weaker competitor with better reviews and faster follow-up. A restaurant or venue can miss revenue because demand is scattered across search, social, events and past guests. A professional service company can look generic because its expertise has not been translated into authority content. A home service company can pay for ads and still lose because nobody responds fast enough. These are not just marketing problems. They are business problems. Magnitude brings strategy, systems, AI-enabled execution and operator judgment into one model. We build the pieces that help local companies create and protect revenue:
The name Magnitude is intentional. The work is about measuring how much you grow.
John Jacobs, MBA
Magnitude is led by John Jacobs, MBA. John is the credibility source behind the brand because he brings something most agency positioning cannot fake: decades of direct business experience. Over more than 25 years, John has consulted with thousands of businesses, founded, launched and scaled more than 25 ventures of his own, and worked across operating categories where marketing has to connect to real-world constraints. His background spans hospitality, construction, e-commerce, agriculture, events, food and beverage, home services, technology-enabled businesses and local service models. That matters because Magnitude does not approach lead generation as a narrow marketing channel. We approach it as a revenue system. John’s operating experience informs how we think about offers, margins, customer journeys, staffing, scheduling, follow-up, reviews, automation, local search, web conversion, repeat purchase, customer experience and cash flow. Those details change the quality of the work. A campaign that creates leads the team cannot handle is not a win. A form fill that never becomes a sales conversation is not a win. A review system that feels fake is not a win. A content plan that sounds like generic AI output is not a win. A dashboard that looks busy but does not help the owner make decisions is not a win. The work has to hold up inside the business. That is the standard.

Experience That Changes the Work
A growth strategy built by operators looks different from one built only from a marketing checklist. Operators know that capacity matters. If the business cannot fulfill the demand, more leads can create more problems. Operators know that gross margin matters. A campaign can look successful and still attract the wrong jobs. Operators know that response speed matters because buyers do not wait. Operators know that reviews are not decoration; they are public proof. Operators know that old leads are often cheaper to revive than new leads are to acquire. Operators know that the sales team, front desk, field team and owner all shape the customer journey. That is why Magnitude looks at the entire path from search to revenue. Experience does not replace execution. It improves the judgment behind execution.
Supported by a Serious Professional Network
Magnitude should be understood as John-led, not John-only. This range matters because many local companies do not fit neatly into a marketing template. They need a system built around how the business actually earns revenue.

John provides the strategic lens, operating judgment and credibility behind the brand. Around that core, Magnitude works with a distributed network of professionals and partners who bring specialized expertise across business strategy, AI, machine learning, LLM workflows, automation, web development, e-commerce, paid acquisition, content systems, design, reporting and agency execution.
Legacy agencies often carry large overhead, junior execution layers and slow delivery structures. Solo consultants often have strong strategy but limited production capacity. Magnitude is built to sit in the stronger middle: senior operator strategy, modern AI-native systems, experienced specialists and flexible distributed teams assembled around the work that actually needs to be done.

The point is not to look bigger than we are. The point is to build better systems with the right people. That means clients get a practical blend of:
Operator-led, AI-native & Accountable
AI has changed what a growth firm can deliver. But AI has also made it easier for weak agencies to produce more generic work faster.
Magnitude’s view is simple: AI is leverage, not a substitute for judgment. We use AI, machine learning concepts and LLM-enabled workflows to improve speed, consistency, research, analysis, content operations, follow-up, reporting and internal production. But the strategy has to come from business reality. The messaging has to reflect the actual company. The automations have to respect the customer experience. The reporting has to support decisions.
AI should help a business become more responsive, more consistent and more measurable. It should not make the brand sound fake. It should not send robotic messages that damage trust. It should not publish content that claims expertise the business does not have. It should not create dashboards that hide poor performance behind technical language. Magnitude uses AI the way operators should use it: to remove friction, increase consistency and make strong strategy more efficient.
Industries We Understand Because We Have Lived Them
Magnitude’s perspective is shaped by businesses where marketing has to meet reality.
Hospitality and Food & Beverage
Reputation, local discovery, guest experience, event demand, repeat visits, seasonality and speed all matter. A good campaign has to support the experience, not just fill a room once.
Construction & Home Services
Calls, estimates, job quality, crew capacity, review strength, service areas, follow-up and trust are central. More leads are only valuable when they are the right leads and the business can respond.
E-commerce
Conversion, product positioning, lifecycle marketing, abandoned carts, repeat purchase, email/SMS strategy, traffic quality and margin discipline matter. The data tells a story if the system is clean enough to hear it.
Agriculture & Production Businesses
Operations, capacity, process control, local demand, distribution, seasonality and education shape growth. Marketing cannot ignore the complexity behind the product.
Events & Venues
Demand is time-sensitive. The offer has to be clear, the audience has to be targeted and the follow-up has to move quickly before the buying window closes.
Professional & Local Services
Authority, trust, expertise, reviews, search visibility and response speed shape buyer confidence before the first conversation.
The Magnitude Principles
Magnitude is built around a few simple principles.
Measure Before You Scale
If tracking is weak, growth becomes guesswork. We want the source, quality and status of opportunities to be easier to see.
Protect Leads You Already Earn
Many businesses pay for demand and then lose it through slow follow-up, missed calls or inconsistent response. Fixing the leak often comes before adding spend.
Use AI Responsibly
AI should improve speed and consistency, not replace strategy, voice, ethics or human judgment.
Build Assets That Compound
Local visibility, reviews, service pages, authority content, automation and database value should become more useful over time.
Tell the Truth in Reporting
A report should help the owner understand what happened and what to do next. It should not hide behind jargon.
Respect the Real Business
Growth plans have to account for margins, capacity, staffing, seasonality, customer experience and operational limits.
Built in Arizona for Tucson, Phoenix & Beyond
Magnitude is built for the local growth reality of Arizona businesses.
Magnitude’s work is local by design, but not limited by old local-agency habits.
We bring local understanding, operator judgment and AI-native systems into one model.
Work with a Team That Understands the Stakes
Marketing is not harmless when it wastes time, money or good opportunities. Every missed call, weak page, unclaimed review, slow response, bad campaign and ignored database has a cost. Magnitude was built for owners who understand that and want a better system.
